North Korea’s rocket test last month has sparked renewed concern and forthcoming tightened UN sanctions as a result. South Korea’s involvement in this though is seen as a declaration of war by the DPRK.
“Sanctions mean a way and declaration of war against us,” the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea [DPRK] have said.
“"If the puppet group of traitors takes a direct part in the UN 'sanctions', the DPRK will take strong physical counter-measures against it."
