Video: Double hard Russian gran kills wolf with her bare hands

If you thought Liam Neeson’s wolf-beating antics in last year’s action thriller The Grey were special, then check out a load of this Russian grandmother, who fought off a wolf with her bare hands, and won!
Where Neeson had strapped broken bottles to his knuckles to aid his lupine fisticuffs, Aisat Maksudova, 56, from the Dagestan region of Russia, defended one of her cows from a wolf attack with her bare hands. She punched the creature in the face and then finished it off with an axe.
“I was not even frightened,” the plucky pensioner said of the encounter that sounds like something out of a fairytale. “The wolf suddenly jumped on me with an open mouth and I wanted to hit him with the axe.”
