A video compilation of clips showing wreckless Russian insurance scammers throwing themselves in front of cars in order to make bogus claims has gone viral.
The shocking footage shows dashboard camera footage of people brazenly flinging themselves into the path of oncoming cars and trucks with little regard for their own personal safety.
Russian law dictates that drivers have to compensate pedestrian victims for any accidents caused, no matter whose fault it is. This, along with the dangerous behaviour of fellow road users, has resulted in many Russian motorists installing dashboard cameras to avoid being taken for a legal ride by scammers.
