Winter is here, so strap on your skis and hit the slopes of Soho! Piste at Archer Street has returned for the third year, bringing back London’s original après-ski bar.
Hidden underneath the sophisticated Archer Street Cocktail Bar, Piste is inspired by traditional Scandinavian mountain cabins and beautiful Swiss chalets, allowing us to escape the hustle and bustle of London, without setting foot outside Soho. The pop-up bar has a chic ski inspired décor, fronting reindeer fur, vintage skis, and a toasty fireplace where we can kick back and relax in one of the lounges while enjoying views of the Italian Alps through custom made windows!
To drink, there’s a dedicated Piste cocktail menu offering creations made with Christmas ingredients, such as the Lech, with Don Julio Blanco tequila, Dry Vermouth, homemade grenadine, fresh lime juice and egg white, shaken hard with fresh raspberries, or the Chamonix Mont-Blanc, Bacardi Superior shaken with apricot liqueur, pineapple juice, peach bitters and fresh mint leaves. Guests can also choose between Archer Street’s famous shooters, including the Off-Piste with Ciroc Berry, lemon juice and pistachio syrup, and Avalanche with Bulleit Bourbon, cherry liqueur and homemade beetroot grenadine.
Bottom line? There’s only one place to get piste this winter!
