Ashton Kutcher appeared to hit back at rumours his marriage to Demi Moore is on the rocks.

The dreamboat star of Two And A Half Men tweeted Public Enemy's 'Don't Believe the Hype' from his Spotify account amid rumours that he and his wife spent their sixth wedding anniversary separately fuelling speculation that they have split.

He later tweeted: "'When you ASSUME to know that which you know nothing of you make an ASS out of U and ME'[sic]"

Kutcher’s tweet follows Moore’s own cryptic message which she posted on the social networking site on the eve of their anniversary saying:

"When we are offended at any man's fault, turn to yourself and study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger.”

The twitter remarks follow fresh rumours that Ashton Kutcher has been unfaithful to his wife.

Kutcher 33, who is 15 years younger than Moore allegedly hooked up with the 23 year old blonde Sara Leal on his and Moore’s wedding anniversary, U.S. showbusiness website Radar Online reports.

Leal has reportedly hired a Hollywood attorney and has gone into hiding.

Kutcher and Moore began dating in 2003 and married two years later.

Moore was previously married to Bruce Willis.
