The festival takes place from July 12 – 13 in the northern Spanish city of Bilbao. As usual, the event is held on top of a hill surrounded by mountains with spectacular views over the city of the city.
Bands start late, meaning festival goers can check out both the beach, which has some of the best waves in Europe, and the city, known for its architecture, museums and gastronomy.
