Cher Lloyd has Robbie Williams and N-Dubz wading in to give their ten-pence worth on her X Factor dreams. Williams fears that Cher is too fragile for the show, while Dappy from N-Dubz has approved her “gangster swagger”.
Take That star, Williams, says that he sees similarities between 17-year-old Cher and himself as a young star and worries she could have a mental breakdown.
“I wasn’t as fragile as she is when I was 16. I want to give her a call but I don’t know if I can help,” Robbie told X Magazine.
“She’s going through a difficult time. It’s not the best set-up for her.
“She’s obviously got it. But she’d have done well not to get through and have another year to come to terms with her personal life.”
Fears have already been raised about Cheryl Cole wannabe Cher after she collapsed following Sunday’s X Factor results show.
After bursting into tears and shaking uncontrollably, Cher had to be carried out to her car.
Concerns have also been raised about the teenager’s weight which has plummeted since she began on the X Factor. It also emerged that Cher had a meltdown over her outfit on Saturday and screamed at the costume team.
An insider said: “Producers are keeping a special watch on Cher.”
N-Dubz back Cher
Meanwhile, Dappy from N-Dubz has wagered his support for Cher, telling Zoo Magazine:
“We’re absolutely loving The X Factor this year, and one girl in particular – Cher Lloyd. That girl is seriously gangster and has some sick swagger.
“I read in a magazine she compares herself to a female version of me, and I take that as a massive compliment. She’s crazy and spontaneous, so she’s definitely like me.”
Dappy continued: “Team N-Dubz is right behind her to win. We’ll have to see if we can do something together when she gets out of the show.”
