The Dakar Rally is coming to Argentina!!
It was a huge event in 2009 and 2010 is shaping to be even bigger. The original Paris-Dakar race was moved due to a direct terrorist threat on the Rally itself.
The Rally runs from Buenas Aires (Arg) to Santaigo (Chile) and back to BA. It kicks off on the 1 Jan to 18 Jan 2010. Follows some 9000kms of desert and Andean Alp routes. One of the toughest races on earth.
