Executive Chef Vishnu Natarajan will teach guests how to recreate a delicious warming curry made with freshly sourced seasonal ingredients. The menu includes superfoods like kale and beetroot, which are the perfect antidotes after a season of excess.

This hugely-popular evening is for those who want to learn how to make a delicious curry at home, and for those who enjoy regional Indian cooking. Dishes will include slow-roasted, spiced onion and beetroot bombshells, and superfood kate ‘poriyal’ with green chilli, garlic, coconut and water chestnuts. Yum.

A behind-the-scenes tour of the restaurant kitchen with Chef Vishnu is also included, followed by a cocktail and a cooking demonstration at the chef’s bar. You’ll then be seated for a three-course supper featuring the dishes created in the masterclass. If you can’t get away from the office in time for the demonstration, the three-course curry club menu is on offer at £15 a head. This includes the curry dish of the day, rice, naan, poppadums, a side dish and drink.

Members are also treated to a goody bag to take home with them including a jar of homemade Carom chutney and a selection of freshly prepared poppadums.
