Available for £35, the brunch comprises a Berlin-style platter full of German delicacies for the table to share. Designed to showcase German produce, the offering includes cheeses, meats, smoked fish, fresh fruit, typical German desserts, cakes, and bread from Germany’s leading bakery, Kamps, as well as a complimentary glass of German Schloss Vaux Sekt on arrival.

Highlights include ‘KX Currywurst’, a curry infused pork sausage with traditionally spiced tomato sauce, a Berlin Fleischsalat with gherkins, cheddar cheese, chives & mustard dressing and smoked salmon on potato rösti with horseradish cream. Alongside the food, guests can enjoy a glass of German wine or playful twists on classic cocktails created by Bar Mixologist, Fred Tartas: think the Berlini, Brünch Mary and Bergroni.

Evoking Berlin’s electro music scene, brünch is also designed to showcase new and emerging DJ talent. Electronic tunes will set the soundtrack to each sitting and German Gymnasium and brünch will host a closing brunch feast to mark the end of the collaboration on 17 July, with a live DJ playing tracks from the German capital, in association with Wines of Germany.
