The Google glasses are being developed at the shadowy Google X lab as part of their drive to introduce wearable computing into everyday life. They would include a partially transparent video screen and microphone.
Based on the promotional video, wearing the glasses would give you a good idea of what it must be like to live inside an iPhone. Emails, reminders and google map suggestions constantly appear in front of your eyes to the point that it’s surprising the wearer manages to focus on reality enough to cross the road safely.
Ideal for anyone too lazy to physically take their smart phone out of their pocket, unfortunately no release date has been revealed yet.
