The weekend will host a line-up of more than 25 bands and DJs as well as the king of the grill contest, hot-dog, chilli and king of the wing eating competitions, tons of bourbon, beer and other booze (it is a party after all) and tons of barbecue meats to keep you going.
Grillstock wants to go the extra mile and be more than a music, beer and BBQ competition. Expect fire breathers, BBQ masterclasses and dozens of traders selling awesome BBQ food and merchandise.
It sounds like a lot of fun and having been tried and tested across the country, reports are all good.
