Job description:
You must source stories – news, trending or otherwise – that will be of interest to TNT’s audience. This requires a strong grasp of who our reader is, and appropriate responses to our analytics.
Liaise with TNT Magazine’s Editor to ensure the chosen stories are appropriate.
Write/re-write into TNT style, adding a new TNT-suitable angle, checking story back to and acknowledging original source where required, and adding a suitable and LEGAL image (can use our stock library).
Upload the story onto our CMS system. Write an SEO-friendly title and description, ticking and adding appropriate tags and meta-data. Re-size the image and upload.
We need you to be available to write the story in the morning, noon, or afternoon. Please let us know which one is preferable in your application.
You will work remotely and need access to a photo editing programme, such as Adobe Photoshop. CMS experience is preferable.
