Lindsay Lohan has apparently refused to offer a guilty plea over an alleged jewellery store theft, despite reports she was offered a deal that would amount to only 19 days behind bars, TMZ reports.
LiLo maintains that she should not go to jail for something she didn’t do, the celebrity website has reported her friends as saying.

TMZ previously reported that Judge Keith Schwartz had offered LiLo and her attorney Shawn Holley a deal that includes as little as three months in jail, which, due to overcrowding would amount to 19 days behind bars.
The possible alternatives are six-months jail time plus prison time for a theft conviction.
Meanwhile, the owners of the jewellery store, which Lilo is accused of stealing from, could face the long arm of the law after being caught selling CCTV footage of the actress.
Lilo’s mum Dina, says she is considering filing a lawsuit against Kamofie & Co. after they sold the surveillance tape for more than £21,000, divvying up the rights for TV, the Web, the US and abroad.
Dina said: “Once again, celebrities are faced with the possibilities of their normal daily activity being filmed and sold without their knowledge and their consent, and our family is looking into formal legal action.”
Dina’s attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, revealed: “I’ve been contacted by the family, and we are investigating the situation and looking into the unauthorized use of an image, invasion of privacy, unjust enrichment, and other possible legal avenues.”
