Shopping in Hammersmith

The Hammersmith Broadway has a Tesco supermarket and a selection of other stores including Accessorise, WH Smith and a Disney Store. The high street in the area is Kings Road, home to Primark, TK Maxx, Argos and Marks and Spencer. There’s also a Sainsburys here, and a Tesco superstore is about 10 minutes walk on the way to Shepherd’s Bush.

Food and drink

The area isn’t really renowned for its restaurants, but there are a few pubs handy where you’ll be able to get some pub food and a few pints.

The Distillers

Located on Fulham Palace Road, it does a brisk trade on a Friday night, and the outdoor area is popular in summer, and in winter when a heater is set up.

The Crabtree

Tucked down alongside the river, it’s got a large outdoor beer garden and a section where you get some pub fare.
