The average cost of renting a one-bedroom flat in Dublin ranges from €920 per month to €1250 per month. In towns and regions outside Dublin but within commuting distance rent for a one-bedroom flat averages about €750 to €800 per month.

To rent a single room in a house-share would cost about €350 to €500 in Dublin. A double bedroom ranges from €480 to €650.

Cork

The average cost of a one-bedroom flat in Cork City is €800. Average for single rooms in a house-share in Cork City centre is €340, and €300 in the suburbs; for doubles it’s €420 and €390.
