Why do you love to travel?
To expose myself to different people, cultures and experiences.
Who would be your ideal travel partner and why?
MacGyver, as there would be no situation he couldn’t handle.
What was your favourite destination last year and why?
Easy! Pamplona for the opening day of San Fermin. I have been to plenty of parties in my time but no one parties better then the Spanish!!! It was Intense!!!
Describe the most unusual situation you’ve found yourself in while travelling.
Sleeping in various bus stations in and around Paris whilst I waited for Mum to wire me some much needed money to get home.
Name two up-and-coming destinations for 2013 and why.
Fethiye in Turkey – It’s gorgeous, you get a lot of bang for your buck and it offers a cost effective sailing alternative to Croatia.
Istanbul in Turkey – besides being the gateway between Europe and Asia you can experience the shift between the cultures of Europe and Asia and it’s cheap as chips.
If you could return to any country you’ve been to, what would it be and why?
Croatia – The people a super friendly, it’s has a stunning coastline which you can experience by land or sea, the food is amazing and Plitvice National Park can’t be beat for scenery!
What’s the one thing you can’t travel without and why?
Head torch as it is super useful in dorm rooms and camping alike.
