Why do you love to travel
Because travel is the only thing that you can buy that makes you richer
Who would be your ideal travel partner and why?
Someone who is active & an early riser so I can get up early to go see & do everything there is possible to see &do whilst travelling.
What was your favourite destination last year and why?
Sicily – I have family there so they took on a tour of the Catania region, it is still unspoilt by tourism & such a beautiful place.
Describe the most unusual situation you’ve found yourself in while travelling.
On an overland expedition in Africa – we had been travelling for hours & we all needed a toilet stop so we had to pull over in the middle of the savannah & find a bush – the area was surrounded by hundreds of baboons who looked on curiously as we went about our business.
Name two up-and-coming destinations for 2013 and why.
England – after all the exposure from the Olympics & now that travel to London will be less expensive as the Olympics is over I think visitor numbers will increase in 2013 as London put on a great show of what England has to offer.
Sicily – the secrets slowly come out about how magnificent the region is & think it will be the Europe sun seekers choice in 2013
If you could return to any country you’ve been to, what would it be and why?
Africa – Because I went there & I saw 1 of the top 5
What’s the one thing you can’t travel without and why?
My hair straighter – I still want have gorgeous hair when I travel.
