The man apparently made loud comments onboard the Trip Airlines flight which was headed from Belo Horizonte airport, north of Rio de Janeiro. The flight was delayed for an hour as the man was escorted from the plane.
Police have refused to comment so far as to whether the unnamed man will be charged.
Trip Airlines have warned that they won’t tolerate any sexism or rude remarks made to their 1,400 female staff.
