Bieber has paid $250,000 to be part of Branson’s space-project, which will see flights to the edge of the earth’s atmosphere where the civvie passengers get to experience weightlessness.
“Great to hear @justinbieber & @scooterbraun are latest @virgingalactic future astronauts. Congrats, see you up there!” said Branson on Twitter of his new space-passengers Bieber and his manager.
“Let’s shoot a music video in SPACE!!” replied an enthusiastic Bieber.
Multi-million selling pop muppet Bieber has legions of fans around the world – and only this week became the first person to have more than 40 million Twiiter followers.
It is safe to say though that as much as he is adored, there are just as many people around the world who despise the 19-year old Canadian and who would be quite interested in the idea of giving the Boyfriend-singer a one way ticket.
