Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn: Part One is the penultimate in the franchise of vampire movies and, despite dismal ratings for the film, ‘Twihard’ fans were as enthusiastic as ever.
People camped outside Westfield, Statford, for several days waiting for Pattinson and co.
In the event, the stars did not disappoint and Stewart, who pays Bella Swan in the Twlight movies, changed into trainers under her black Roberto Cavalli halterneck dress, to sign autographs for fans.
The chief object of fans’ obsession, Robert Pattinson, who plays Edward Cullen, greeted hordes of girls and answered inevitable questions about Breaking Dawn’s much-discussed sex scene.
“It was kinda weird – you’ve got to kind of blank out the fact that everyone’s thinking about it otherwise it’s too much pressure to perform. It wasn’t too bad, it was kind of easy. It’s a really sweet nice scene so I hope everyone likes it,” he said.
Lautner, who plays werewolf Jacob Black, said he was feeling emotional that the saga was about to end. “It’s a bummer because we all have so much fun making movies,” he said.
Here’s what happened at the London premiere.
