We don’t want to feel left out here in London. Thankfully the Mexican food brand Wahaca are putting on one hell of a party, with a line-up of music including The Horrors, Crystal Fighters, Savages and Mexrrissey.
During the day, an art exhibition and daytime talks will explore the subjects of life and death, but expect the party to liven up with tantalising combinations of fiery flavours in dishes such as tacos, tortas and churros.
Liquid warmth will be available from the hot chocolate salons and tequila and is just about everywhere. The place is sodden with it.
