The calendar was put together by “The Fertile Earth Foundation” and it is titled “The Ladies of Manure.” It features 12 whole months of women covered in shit.
Fertile Earth is a Miami-based organisation that encourages people to compost using their own organic waste.
In the calendar, nearly nude and brown-streaked models straddle toilets, have crotches covered in worms, and peak out of poo-filled boats.
“I’d rather shock people and have them start to think,” says founder Leanette Sobol, “even if they at first think it’s disgusting.”
According to a making-of video on the calendar’s Kickstarter page, they’ve been developing the calendar for “over 7 months now.”
Holy shit, that’s a lot of time between baths.
