There will be more than 180 films from roughly 50 different countries and while you couldn’t possibly watch them all, it is certainly worth trying… after all if you don’t try you don’t get.
The front-runners for the $60,000 winning prize are Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard’s Nick Cave documentary 20,000 Days On Earth and David Michod’s outback thriller The Rover, with Guy Pearce and Robert Pattinson.
