Curated by Gaultier himself, this surprising film concoction complements ‘The Fashion World of Jean-Paul Gaultier: From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk’ exhibition in the Barbican Art Gallery, which includes sketches and costumes from his film work including The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover, Kika, and The Skin I Live In.

Gaultier’s eclectic film selection includes these as well as other films that have inspired and influenced him in his life and work. The programme will be crowned by a rare and exciting Gaultier ScreenTalk celebrating film and fashion, a unique chance to see and hear the designer talk about his life and work live on stage.
