Tickets to the annual flower show are changing hands for six times their original face value, leaving indie miserabilists Coldplay languishing behind ahead of their stadium shows later this month.
All of the show’s 157,000 tickets sold out last week, with day passes for the event, which went on sale for £45, changing hands onine for up to £300.
Searches on Viagogo UK for tickets to the Chelsea Flower Show are exceeding those on the same site for Coldplay’s sell out shows at the Emirate (the second most sought after event on the site) by five to one.
