The concept is a touch too tryhard – a champagne bar serving hot dogs?
Really? – but the menu is tempting, with Korean and Japanese-style dogs in the offing (think wasabi mayo and kimchi garnish).
The owner of this spot in East Dulwich is on a break in Western Oz right now, but promises to bring the haute dogs back by Feb 23.
