You’re in for a win-win treat at Steam, a ‘for one-day only’ pop-up restaurant serving calorie-neutral food for free in Covent Garden on March 13.
Bookings are being taken now for 90-minute sittings, where celeb chef Frederick Forster will serve up steamed dishes that “explore exciting and innovative ways to burn calories, without compromising on taste”.
