Soft, fluffy steamed buns filled to burst with slow-roasted belly pork, hoi sin sauce, cucumber, spring onion and shiracha.
The veggie version is crammed with Portobello mushroom, toasted walnuts and miso glaze.
Everything’s free range and organic, but these buns taste far from worthy and have indeed earned their ‘yum’.
