It’s one thing having to listen to the muffled beat of some obnoxious tool’s iPod headphones, but it’s another when someone has a clue what they’re doing on the Tube – take Youtube sensation keyboardist and human beatbox Modern Day Jester for example.

He gave passengers on one London Underground carriage a free show at the weekend and a fellow traveller captured it on camera – all very impromptu and unplanned claims Tunde Osundina, who swiftly uploaded the performance to Facebook and when it proved popular, added it to Youtbe under the headline "My Very Interesting Ride Home".

Hopefully this doesn’t prompt every two-bit wannabe to flood the rails with their unappreciated genius, but a bit of festive atmosphere that passengers seemed to enjoy sure beats the regular stare down at the shoes dance.
