An Olympics fan landed a smacking kiss on the cheek of a Sky News Arabia reporter who looked momentarily surprised before quipping that he was on a fast.
The over-excited female fan ran up to the reporter and told him, “Thank you!” before grabbing his head and enveloping him in a slightly alarming kiss-attack.
The reporter took it in good humour and after regaining his balance said, "I truly am fasting."
Kiss-attack woman, however, still only comes second on the crazy Olympics fan league. First place still goes to the 17-year-old boy who tried to steal the OIympic flame.
The teenager plunged out of the crowd with a shout of 'Allahu Akbar' before unsuccessfully tried to grab the Olympic torch during a stretch of the flame's route through Maidstone in July.
