Ladies are very welcome – and this is set to be a great day out.
Last year, Ron Vogt of the New Zealand Team was the Best Overall Player and won the appropriate trophy, followed by Matt Gannan, who won Best Australian Player. Mike Nuttall was awarded the Best New Zealand Player trophy and Jim Fogerty was awarded the Best Guest trophy. Australia won the Team trophy – but will they smash it again this year?
Please arrive on or before 8.30am for coffee and a bacon roll. Tee off in fourballs will start from 9.30am for 18 holes (there are only nine motorised four-wheel buggies to hire, so book prior to the day if you require one) for team and individual competition based on individual player’s stableford points for the main trophies. After the game, there’ll be a three-course lunch and trophy presentations.
Tickets cost £63, and include welcome coffee, a bacon roll, a three-course lunch, and 18 holes of golf. Drinks not included. Cash Bar.
Please note: Trophy winners can only keep them for one year providing they are UK resident. You’ll need to take good care of it, have it engraved and return it for the following year’s event.
