What’s more on Wednesday 13 April the restaurant will host an evening of traditional festive entertainment, for TNT readers looking to experience a true Thai taste of the national celebration.

The Thai New Year menu will include starters such as Yum pak bung krop (deep fried morning glory with Thai prawn salad), and Nuer bai chapru (minced beef with lemon grass, garlic, Thai parsley and chilli wrapped in deep fried betel leaf). Main courses offered include Hormok talay (mixed seafood in mild curry sauce served in a traditional steamer), and Suer rong hai (rib-eye steak marinated with lime and Thai herbs served with som tam salad). For dessert, guests can enjoy homemade Mango ice cream served with pandan sticky rice and Thai toppings. The Thai New Year dishes will all be available to order individually, or as part of a set menu.

Guests at the Songkran celebration on 13 April will enjoy the exclusive Thai New Year menu and a complimentary welcome cocktail. Entertainment will include cooking demonstrations, opportunities to experience Thai massage, a symbolic water ceremony, traditional dance and Muay Thai boxing performances and live DJ throughout the evening.
