Apparently the starlet has been telling her mates she’s engaged to her boyfriend of nine months, Craig Monk, 21.
A source said: “Cher’s been telling anyone who listen that she’s engaged to Craig, despite originally denying the news.
“She’s head over heels and has been sporting an engagement ring since last month.”

The singer was also pictured with a small diamond ring on her wedding finger when she flew into LA in late November with Monk.
Lloyd revealed in August that the relationship was “serious”, that she was “in love” and that the trainee hairdresser was “the bee’s knees”.
The 18-year-old Swagger Jagger star has also said Monk was “The One” and that he keeps her “sane”.
The pair soon moved in together after they met in April last year at the Mayfair salon where Monk works.
Both have kept quiet on Twitter over the last few days and have yet to comment publicly.
