You’ve undoubtedly seen this thinking man’s comic on a million different TV panel shows – he’s a clever chap, with a professorial air and a cracking line in satire. He’s baby-faced and looks as though butter wouldn’t melt in his mouth, but he’s also an absolute pro, developing a cult following when he arrived in Edinburgh back in the Nineties and working relentlessly in the 16 years since.
