Owned by the same family for 58 years, brother and sister, Laurie and Pam Littlefield, believe the time is right to offer the iconic tourist park for a suitable resort development.
Various resorts within Australia are also up for sale, as many have not been upgraded since the 1070s and are in need of an expensive overhaul.
