The programme is like a personal trainer for techies – you’ll have a coach breathing down your neck with two weekly bootcamp webinar calls a week (that you can listen to on the go, whenever you want), daily video motivation messages, more than 200 minutes of fitness videos, and access to live Q&As and online training support forums. On top of this, you’ll get a healthy eating plan that still lets you have a few treats.

Designed to make you lose weight fast, the boot camp definitely isn’t easy – you’ll be working out five days a week
for four weeks, with cardio and conditioning session tailored to your needs, but you can incorporate some days’ exercise into your life, such as power walking to work.

After the course us up, you can still access the fitness video library online, so you’ll be able to keep to good habits.

The bootcamp costs £99 for the month and kicks off on May 7, June 4, July 2 and August 6, which means there’s still time to get fit before the beach!
