The chairman of Malaysia’s customer complaints bureau, Mr Seri Michael Chong, spoke to The Star about the unfortunate turn of events.
Mr Chong said that the man has not revelead which company he bought the item from, and that he is ‘feeling rather disgruntled’.
“The unfortunate gentleman is just one of many who have fallen victims to these kind of misleading scams,” he said.
