The final Harry Potter film is in the can, JK Rowling has promised there won’t be any more books about the bespectacled boy wizard, so we’re finally safe from all things Potter-ish right?
Well, wrong because in less than 24 hours billionaire author JK Rowling will reveal the details of her mysterious new online profect, Pottermore.
Rowling has already denied that the project will be a new book but with a name like Pottermore it must have something to do with character Harry Potter.
Speculation is rife on the web that Pottermore could be an online game or the beginning of a series of prequels telling the story of Harry’s pre-Hogwarts days. Whatever it is, it has certainly got Potter fans collective knickers in a twist…
"Wow! This is probably the most exciting thing ever! I am shaking hardcore because I am so excited!" wrote one reader on the fansite Mugglenet.
In the meantime Potter fanatics will have to amuse themselves with the trailer for Harry Potter And the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, the final instalment in the hugely successful Potter franchise.
In the eighth film Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint team up for one last time to take on the evil Lord Voldemort.
