Few horses (dead or otherwise) have been flogged as much as Johnny Cash’s live LP At Folsom Prison.
Since it was first released in 1968, it has been re-released countless times.
Now it’s being reissued as a stonking a 2 CD and DVD “Legacy Edition” featuring Cash’s 36 performances from both shows, 16 of which are previously unreleased and a documentary.
The doco alone is well worth a look but probably not enough to entice anyone other the most diehard fans to buy a second copy. ALISON GRINTER
