According to reports, he stopped his Sydney gig on Friday night after discovering that several audience members – who it turns out were disabled – weren’t standing up and dancing.
Kanye told the crowd: “I can’t do this show until everybody stand up. Unless you got a handicap pass and you get special parking and s**t.”
He then zeroed in on a couple of fans who had remained seated, and refused to carry on.
Despite calls from the crowd that the rapper was making the most epic of fails, it was only when one of them waved a prosthetic limb to explain why they weren’t dancing that he acknowledged them, saying: “Okay, you fine!”
But fan number two remained seated, much to Kanye’s frustration.
“This is the longest I’ve had to wait to do a song, it’s unbelievable,” he said before sending a bodyguard to check whether the person was in fact in a wheelchair – which they were.
*Slaps face.
Well done Mr West, you’ve outdone yourself!
