The Brit-nominated singer, whose popular songs include Wuthering Heights and Hours of Love, will be playing 15 shows at London’s Hammersmith Apollo in August and September.
Bush decided to stop touring in 1979 to have some time to herself.
In an interview with The Guardian she said: “I felt a terrific need to retreat as a person because I felt that my sexuality, which in a way I hadn’t really had a chance to explore myself, was being given to the world in a way which I found impersonal.”
The summer concerts will take place at the same theatre where she played her last show before taking a break.
