How do you budget?
I know I will need a certain amount for rent, my Oyster card and my food shopping. I usually know what I will be spending each month before I spend it, which helps me to keep tabs.
Any money-saving tips?
Try to walk wherever you can and try not to go too crazy in all the shops.
Last big blow-out?
I have been quite controlled recently as I’m saving for a sunny holiday, but every now and then I slip up and spend a little too much money on CDs. HMV is my weakness!
What non-essential items do you spend money on?
CDs, DVDs, clothes, concert tickets, train tickets to visit family and friends.Sometimes if I’m having a rubbish day I treat myself to a fancy sandwich. Unnecessary but worth it!
