Sources said Humphries is stalling the pair’s divorce and turned down a $7 million offer to “shut up and go away”.
A friend of Humphries said: “Kris wants Kim to admit to fraud, to admit the whole thing was staged for publicity, to make a public apology to him because he really wanted a marriage.
“Kim’s camp is depicting him as money-hungry, but in fact he turned down a $7 million settlement. Her camp is putting out stories about ‘Kim’s divorce hell’ hoping he’ll cave in, but he won’t.”
Humphries, 27, took the unusual step of filing for an annulment based on fraud, which stalled the divorce.
Humphries is also demanding that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 31, reveals her earnings during their marriage, which lasted for 72 days.
He has revealed his earnings during the period, but Kardashian has not yet.
The pair married in a lavish ceremony in August, watched by over 10 million people on E!
The reality star announced she was filing for divorce under three months later, over “irreconcilable differences”.
A source close to Kardashian said she did not offer Humphries $7 million and won’t attack him in the press because “she just wants to move on”.
