Bidding starts at $5000, and the winning bidder will get a photograph taken by the famous fashion and celebrity photographer Annie Leibowitz too. %u2028%u2028As well as this, the buyer will also receive accessories from the photo shoot, which was conducted for Vanity Fair, in addition to a signed copy of the magazine as well. %u2028
Lady Gaga spoke about posing for Bennett in her Thanksgiving TV special broadcast last month, saying: “I walked in and said ‘Well Tony here we are,’ and I dropped my robe and I got into position. I felt shy and thought ‘It’s Tony Bennet, why am I naked?’”
Proceeds from the auction will go to charities Exploring the Arts, co-founded by Bennett and his wife which supports the arts in public high school education, and Gaga’s own Born This Way Foundation.
