One Taste, spoken word and live music at Favela London
A blend of music and spoken word, One Taste is coming to East London this Sunday with a line-up featuring Joe Driscoll & Sekou Kouyate, John Berkavitch, Brooke Sharkey, Paula Varjack & Afrobilly Jones.
Say the One Taste crew: “After a summer of festival antics, OneTaste are returning to the big smoke for a special East London gig, with an international line up of amazing new talent from London, France, Berlin and NYC! Chase the impending winter blues away with some quality live music and spoken word!”
The One taste Collective formed during 2007’s UK summer festivals, taking a diverse group of musicians and spoken word poets on tour with ambient festival venue Chai Wallahs.
In September, the group held its first international event, a music and spoken word concert in New York City in celebration of Sept 12, Interdependence Day.
