Prince Harry met Jenson Button at the British Grand Prix yesterday, soon after he started dating the driver’s ex girlfriend, Florence
Brudenell-Bruce – and it looks like they were comparing notes.
Last month it was revealed that Harry has been dating
Brudenell-Bruce, known by her friends as Flee, for the last few months. The
25-year-old lingerie model dated Button for two years before the pair split in
2008.
But Harry, 26 and Button, 31, chatted like old pals discussing
handling techniques in the pits at the Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire before
the big race yesterday.

The Prince told the Sun: “I’ll be cheering on Jenson and
Lewis Hamilton big time.” Hamilton came fourth in the race, while Button failed
to get into the points, finishing fifth.
The Prince gave the winner’s trophy to Fernando Alonso –
before he narrowly avoided a drenching from the Spaniard as he opened his
victory Champagne.

Harry also bumped into musician and DJ Goldie and spoke to
Captains Martin Hewitt and Guy Disney and Private Jaco van Gass, who he spent
three days with at the North Pole on a Walking with the Wounded trek. He had
sent the servicemen a special invitation to the race.
The Prince also chatted to the 1996 world champion Damon
Hill yesterday, and the president of the British Racing Drivers’ Club, Sir
Jackie Stewart, before watching the Grand Prix alongside 120,000 racing fans.
