The 7ft wide, two-bed house in Harringay has been described as a ‘terrace house’ on Rightmove and has two bedrooms on the first floor, and a reception room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.
It also has a terrace and a gas-fired central heating system.
The owner told the London Evening Standard: “My friends said I was mad to buy it. But I knew I had to. I’m confident there are quirky people who will want to buy it — as it’s cheaper than many one-bedroom homes in this area.”
The house is to be auctioned by McHugh on October 1.
Only the super thin or, as the owner put it, “quirky” need apply.
