Fear not border control – the bars aren’t laced with some narcotic with a minted street value, but rather are bars of a limited edition cheese and onion chocolate that have been sent over to Australia from Ireland, where they have now sold out.
The Tayto bars are made with the highly regarded Irish cheese and onion crisps with Irish chocolate, making a highly unique tasting bar.
Having sold out in their native Ireland choc-hounds are trying to get hold of some of the remaining bars that have landed Down Under.
Taste Ireland is raffling off the remaining bars on the company’s Facebook page, which has had almost half a million views.
