The burger company has become infamous for its raunchy, sexualised adverts in which women adopt an unusual manner of burger and hotdog eating; writhing in lingerie while seductively splattering sauce and juice. Hence the burger’s charming moniker.

Despite the uproar surrounding the ads, the allure of sex and celebrity clearly really does sell, as the restaurant is set to open up franchises across Australia.

The company are planning to hit major cities across the country, with the first outlet opening in NSW Central Coast.

Customers may be disheartened to find that unlike in some of Carl’s Jr’s commercials, the burgers don’t come served with a bikini clad Kim Kardashian or Heidi Klum.
